Update August 13, 2021

As of August 12, the city of New Orleans has mandated proof of vaccination or a negative COVID PCR test for several indoor activities. WJTA is continuing to monitor and evaluate the situation and will keep our members informed. Click here for details on current New Orleans COVID guidelines. We've had several inquiries regarding the possible effect of COVID-19 on the WJTA Conference & Expo this October in New Orleans. We appreciate our members reaching out to us and we ask that you continue to do so, as the COVID-19 situation continues to evolve.

The health and safety of attendees, participants, staff and communities is the WJTA's highest priority. We are closely monitoring outbreaks of COVID-19 within Louisiana and the greater United States. At this time, it is too early to project what, if any, impact this will have on the WJTA Conference & Expo this October in New Orleans.

We expect a safe and successful in-person event this year in October, and we are looking forward to the opportunity to reconnect. Conference policies will be updated closer to the event as evolving public health recommendations around in-person events are announced.
